Q:    Why do I occasionally see my recycling put into the back of a garbage truck?

A:    Our primary source of picking up recyclables is through our garbage trucks. We also use smaller trucks to pick up the less populated areas. The           recyclables are then compacted and taken to recycling plants where they can be properly sorted.


Q:    What should we do if we place our garbage out late or our house was missed?

A:    All you would have to do is call us at (585) 492-5880 and we will send someone to collect the missed stops.


Q:    What is the cost of containers for my local business?

A:    If you contact our office, we will give you an estimate on the cost based on what size you prefer and how often it needs to be emptied.


Q:   My recycle has started to weather and break. How would I obtain a new one?

A:   Contact our office and we will have one delivered to your home for $9.99
